Refreshing, relaxing and for the whole family! This is how the new three-star superior hotel “Kaiserstrand” is going to be. In autumn 2015 it is going to open its doors, right on the beach promenade of Bansin on the island of Usedom. Modern design, an open architecture and a diverse range of offers will shape the hotel and its 136 rooms, half of them with view on the Baltic Sea.
The guest will, for example, be able to choose between three restaurants: a classic buffet and à la carte restaurant serving regional specialties, a self-service restaurant with live cooking stations serving light meals, as well as an "all-day café" which offers coffee, cakes and small warm dishes. A 1,000 sqm spa and beauty area with pool, sauna and fitness room, a large sun terrace, a lounge-bar and a variable conference and banqueting area are other highlights of the beach hotel. Nonetheless, the heart of it is going to be its public marketplace! Yearlong it will offer hotel guests as well as residents many opportunities to stroll and enjoy. Selected boutiques and shops, a café, a snack bar and Italian ice cream shop will be found here.
The family-owned hotel group “Seetel”, which already operates 15 hotels and residences on Usedom and one hotel on Mallorca thus enriches the island with another hotel! At the same time, the hotel will make a major contribution in enhancing Bansin as an attractive family seaside resort.
In this exciting holiday resort project hcb supports the “Seetel Gruppe” with services in project controlling and project management. Consequently, the preparation, coordination and supervision of qualified package tenders, compliant budget allocations, as well as the appropriate project schedule management is, amongst others, our task.
